General Description: This is an extremely rare and desirable Rolex Oyster Perpetual, pre-Datejust, made circa 1950. It's possible that less than ten (10) with these characteristics were ever made! Virtually impossible to find another one like this.
Automatic Caliber A295 with "Roulette Calendar" (Black for odd numbers and Red for evens); The movement shows no signs of rust.
Screw on-back. The crown has the inscription "Rolex Super Oyster" and two symbols: the Rolex crown and a Brevet Cross. Case with NO pin holes.
It has no markings on the outside of the back, but on the inside it has the Ref # "6074" (horizontally) but with 3 strikethrough lines FROM FACTORY and then aside marked vertically with another: Ref number: "6030" .
Runs GREAT and keeps excellent time.
Dial: 100% original, untouched. No signs of rust or any other blemishes: Immaculate.
Case: Never buffed/polished with light hairline scratches and 3 tiny dents: one near the crown, one on the opposite side and the last one on the back. Very Good.
Bracelet: Comes in a leather band with a period correct, solid pink gold Rolex buckle with factory stampings.
